Since we began in 1995, Guardian has grown to 59 Healthcare Communities, with 52 located in Pennsylvania, 5 in Ohio, and 2 in West Virginia. Our Admissions Directors work closely with administration, nursing staff, and families to ensure we are providing care and compassion during the admissions process. You will manage the referral and admissions process, provide reports as needed, and work with our external referring sources and staff. With patience and a calm demeanor, you treat those you care for just the way you would want your own family members treated. You go home each day tired but feeling good about the positive impact you have made in the lives of so many in your community.



  • This position requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with referring sources and staff
  • Knowledgeable in the inquiry and admissions process
  • possess knowledge and skill in marketing (preferably in a healthcare setting)
  • Demonstrate effective oral and written communicate in English
